This particular Yellow Pacamara lot is harvested exclusively from yellow matured trees, resulting in a sub-variety with a more juicy and aromatic cup profile than its red counterpart. Anticipate a vibrant fruity taste, complemented by a curious bouquet on the nose that is distinctly Pacamara. The Mierisch family, one of the oldest coffee-growing families in the country, has been cultivating coffee for over a century.
